Payment is not enabled

Breauti Studio does not currently offer checkout, collect card or bank details, start subscriptions, or process payment plans through this site. When enabled, payment will use a secure provider-hosted experience and the final amount, recurrence, cancellation terms, and applicable policies will be shown before authorization.

Current payment status

The public site is a development preview. It does not contain a working Stripe integration, card field, bank-payment flow, invoice portal, subscription portal, or payment-plan application. Typing into the project intake does not create an order or transmit payment information.

Before payments open, Breauti will provide the legal business identity, service description, currency, total or calculable price, applicable taxes and material third-party costs, fulfillment approach, recurring-charge terms, cancellation method, and support channel required for the specific transaction.

Never send full card numbers, security codes, online-banking credentials, or passwords through email, the local request draft, or an unverified form.

Education Site Package

For an eligible individual or smaller school, childcare program, church, after-school center, or other education-focused organization, the standard Education Site Package is $600 USD to launch plus $65 USD per month in required ongoing care. The launch fee and ongoing care are one package; the $600 launch is not offered as a stand-alone purchase without the care plan.

Ongoing care covers the maintenance, updates, security work, and support described in the accepted order. It does not automatically include major redesigns, new applications, substantial new features, unusual integrations, large content migrations, third-party fees, or work outside the agreed package.

Payment plans are available for the $600 launch cost to eligible individuals and small organizations. The written offer will state the installment amount, schedule, due dates, total launch cost, consequences of missed payments, and whether delivery milestones depend on payment. This does not mean instant financing or automatic approval through the current site. The required $65 monthly care charge remains separate from the launch-cost installments.

Larger or more complex education organizations receive a tailored quote instead of the standard package price. Factors may include multiple locations, unusual roles or permissions, data migration, custom workflows, integrations, security or compliance requirements, and the amount of ongoing support.

Custom projects and quotes

Custom websites, mobile apps, portals, dashboards, and other digital experiences are quoted individually to fit the client's needs. A quote may use a fixed fee, milestones, time-based work, recurring care, third-party charges, or a combination. Breauti will identify the intended structure before the client accepts and pays.

Unless the written offer says otherwise, a quote is valid only for the period stated and is based on the described assumptions. Added requirements, changed dependencies, unavailable client materials, additional revision rounds, expedited work, or new compliance needs may require a written change and additional fee.

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless the offer expressly states another currency. Applicable sales, use, value-added, withholding, or similar taxes will be disclosed or handled as required. Each party is responsible for its own income taxes.

Authorization, recurring care, and records

When payment becomes available, Breauti plans to use Stripe-hosted Checkout or another clearly identified secure provider. Breauti expects to receive transaction identifiers, payment status, customer and billing details, and limited payment-method information such as brand and last four digits—not full card numbers or security codes.

Before a recurring charge begins, the checkout or order form will identify the amount or method for calculating it, billing interval, start date, material renewal terms, how to cancel, and the effect of cancellation. The client must provide express authorization. A receipt or durable confirmation will identify the transaction and applicable terms.

Clients are responsible for accurate billing details and authorized payment methods. A failed or disputed payment does not erase fees already earned or costs already committed. Breauti may pause work or ongoing services after reasonable notice where the engagement permits, subject to applicable law and a reasonable opportunity to resolve an error.

The planned client workspace will make subscription status, payment-plan status, invoices or payment history, and cancellation information available. Those account and billing features are not active today.

Refunds, corrections, and payment disputes

The accepted proposal or order form will state the refund rules for the project. Unless that document gives a more favorable right and subject to mandatory law:

  • A duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrectly calculated charge will be investigated and corrected when verified.
  • Amounts earned for completed work, accepted milestones, reserved capacity, or non-cancellable third-party costs are generally not refundable once incurred.
  • Unused prepaid amounts will be reviewed against completed work, committed costs, cancellation terms, and any mandatory refund right.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original method where practical; bank and provider processing times may affect when funds appear.

Contact support@breauti.com before filing a chargeback so Breauti can investigate an error, unless doing so would compromise a legal right or urgent fraud report. This request does not extend a card-network, bank, or legal deadline.

Cancellation and consumer rights

A cancellation request must identify the client and service and use the method stated in the accepted agreement or, when active, the client billing portal. Before confirmation, Breauti will explain the effective date and material consequences. Ongoing maintenance, security work, updates, and support end when the paid service period ends; a Studio-hosted site or app may be deactivated afterward if continued hosting or care is not separately arranged.

Canceling future care stops future renewal charges after the effective date but does not erase launch-cost installments, completed work, accrued fees, or authorized third-party costs already due. Unless the agreement or mandatory law says otherwise, a partial monthly care period is not prorated after that period has begun.

Consumers in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may have a statutory withdrawal period for eligible distance contracts. Before starting a service during that period, Breauti will request any express instruction and acknowledgment required by law. If the consumer validly withdraws after requesting an early start, the consumer may owe a proportionate amount for service already supplied; the right can be lost after full performance only when the legal conditions are met. Digital content and business-to-business arrangements can follow different rules.

Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or other consumer right available under applicable law. A signed engagement may provide more favorable terms.
